Hello there,

We are thrilled to share another significant milestone in the growth of the Rapid, we have officially acquired Grace Governance Solutions, specialists in governance, risk, and compliance software for the public sector.

You may recall that last year we also welcomed Swifton Solutions into our family. What makes this latest acquisition particularly special is that Swifton's team were the original developers behind Grace's software, so this brings together, under one roof, both the product and the people who built it.

About Grace Governance Solutions

Grace have specialised in risk management software for over 20 years witha suite of specialist tools designed specifically for public sector organisations, developed in close partnership with local authorities. Their software is already trusted by 15 public sector organisations.

Their product suite includes three solutions:

GRACE — Governance, Risk and Control Evaluation

Helps organisations manage corporate risk, embed governance frameworks, and demonstrate accountability across their operations.

HARRIET — Hazard Assessment & Risk Review Identification and Evaluation Tool

A health and safety risk assessment platform with a built-in risk library, accident reporting module, and configurable alerts — designed by practitioners for practitioners.

Connie — Business Continuity in Emergencies

Supports the development and management of business continuity plans, with built-in incident response and recovery tools aligned to the business continuity management standard (BS25999).
