This mobile app allows for the survey of all residents and confirmation of their property and household details. The app also collects information pertaining to vulnerability, support services, referrals, fire safety, and repairs, with photos.

Details are emailed to appropriate teams. There is also a dashboard of the number of visits done and other PKIs. Helps with more accurate record keeping and provides better customer service, in a fast and easy to use way.
