We collaborate with Local Authorities, Housing Associations and the Charity Sector, to raise the level of satisfaction among the users of public sector services. These services include, but are not limited to, social housing, waste collection and fire safety in public buildings.

We also have expertise in integrating with existing enterprise solutions, enabling Rapid to offer clear and accurate information to all stakeholders.
