Rapid Information Systems is committed to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking in our operations and supply chain. We strive to uphold ethical business practices and to ensure that our employees, suppliers, and partners are treated with respect and dignity.
Our policy
We have a zero-tolerance policy towards modern slavery and human trafficking. We believe in treating all individuals with fairness, respect, and dignity, regardless of their race, ethnicity, gender, age, religion, or any other characteristic. We expect the same from all our suppliers and partners, and we hold them accountable for adhering to our ethical standards.
Our approach
We have taken the following steps to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking in our operations and supply chain:
- We conduct thorough due diligence on all new suppliers and partners, including their ethical and social responsibility practices.
- We have implemented a system of risk assessment and management to identify and mitigate potential risks of modern slavery and human trafficking in our operations and supply chain.
- We provide training and resources to our employees to raise awareness of modern slavery and human trafficking and to help them identify and report any potential issues,
- We have a whistleblowing policy that allows employees, suppliers, and partners to report any concerns they may have about modern slavery and human trafficking, and we take all such reports seriously and investigate them thoroughly.
- We regularly review and update our policies and procedures to ensure that they remain effective in preventing modern slavery and human trafficking.
Our Commitment
We are committed to working towards a world free of modern slavery and human trafficking. We will continue to uphold our ethical standards, conduct due diligence on our suppliers and partners, and provide training and resources to our employees to help prevent and mitigate the risk of modern slavery and human trafficking in our operations and supply chain.
This Statement is made in accordance with Section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes Three’s Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement for the financial year commencing 1 June 2021 and ending 31 May 2022.
